FFX 16 – Das Plug-In-Rack & Patchbay

The FFX 16 is the virtual variation of a Studiorack with integrated Patchbay which is realized by connecting the Plug-In-Devices with simple ”Drag & Drop”. Now you can visualize a Plug-In Setup and even save the whole thing as a preset. You can chance the sequence of the Plug-In-Chain at any moment without noticeable cracks or pops. And that´s not all... You can also save a complete FFX16-Rack-Setup in one application (let´s say Sound Forge) and load the same thing in another host (i.e. WaveLab). Any DirectX-compatible Host-Software will do!

To call a Plug-In to be active in the Rack simply click on an empty slot! To change the sequence of the effect-chain simply drag & drop the filters.

Now, it´s very easy to judge if the compressor sounds better inserted before or after the equalizer... just check out in an instant.

The FFX16 has got 8 Memory-Buttons where you can instantly store any FFX16-setup. It is used to rapidly switch between different variations of your setup.
